Jill was babysitter to Hunter and his siblings and was married to Joe's campaign manager but having an affair w/Joe during the time his wife & daughter were killed in a "car accident". She then married him within 2 years. Joe was cool with Hunter banging his dead brother's widow (his wife claimed they were going at it while Beau was slowly dying of cancer) and moving in with her and the kids, and lamented with his son when Hunter confessed that "she thinks it's sick that I spend the day naked smoking crack and skyping with minors"
