I'm not sure I blame a parent completely for having a kid who is an addict as the kid bears some responsibility for his own life choices. I really only would blame the father if he abused the child to extent the child felt drugs were the only way to cope or the father enabled his son's poor life choices. Biden seems to really have done the latter and that is what really disqualifies him for the presidency in my mind.
