I made my 11 and 12 year old watch with me for a few minutes. They are interested in politics/election stuff to a point - namely how it will affect us or why it upsets me.
They know that Biden getting in office will change our lives, more lockdowns, more mask BS, less money for fun things because taxes.
My 12 year old is super smart and loves math so she's enjoyed looking at proving election fraud that way. She can probably break it down better than a lot of us.
They understand more than a lot of people would give them credit for. It depends on every kid, but they don't need to be sheltered from it.
