I felt compelled to make a contribution, and would recommend to Potus if he does indeed make 2nd task force that they may want to gather serologies on individuals in the community to confirm the presence of antibodies to covid.. This may be more important than testing at this point because there is evidence to suspect covid has already infected literally everyone. This would function by confirming previous infection and likely (likely) subsequent immunity and to use this data to leverage reopening our county or at least provide Potus data to use as collateral.
