My two cents but I think the situation calls for cooler heads.
First, Trump has to still somewhat play the straight man. He is the President, after all. He can't go making grand statements like insurrection acts and martial law without giving his opponents means to declare he's trying to be despotic. People sometimes forget that Trump cares deeply about order, law, and civility. He just has no stomach for political embellishment.
Second, a lot of this information that is coming out regarding the Powell situation is there to cause confusion skewing heavily toward her being framed as a crazy rogue who has been locked out of the White House. There has been inferences of this when the media reports statements from Rudy G when he clarifies she doesn't speak for POTUS. Top that off with the articles often mentioning how she has been notified of being blocked by aides that are potentially "backstabbers" to POTUS, it's all done to create a narrative of disarray behind closed doors.
Ergo you end up thinking like how you do because it's hard to draw certainty. The only thing that matters is that as long as Trump is fighting and active.
It's a delicate game. I completely understand what is at stake. Dunno if you watched his address on election fraud yesterday but if you didn't (and it kinda sounds like it), you should. Certainly his whole boldness and poise throughout it reassured myself and many others. It was Trump in true fighting form.

Wouldn't worry. Between his address yesterday and the supposed email that went out to White House staff telling them to cease packing up, I have every confidence something is coming.
Some people totally bitch out because of his final words in the address, namely "the next administration" but this is foolish because Trump can't very well just make a national address and boldly tell everyone that he's staying and they can go fuck themselves.
That depends. The cultural rift will heal as more and more people start asking questions or have moments where everything shifts for them. These would be the moderates, not the radicals.
Keep in mind, many people are misguided and think what the MSM tells them and thusly have a distorted image of Trump. When that changes, so does everything. The radicals will still be there but they would have lost support of the moderates.
