The Swiss don't want to be friends with anyone, that is part of their charm. I had a friend who moved there when she was 5 from east Germany and she was still considered a foreigner. I was treated better than most because I look like my Swiss great grandmother. It is not that they are overtly rude to foreigners, it is just that you will always be other and that is ok. I have heard small towns are nicer. They have people who have been there 5 generations and are still not citizens as the locals vote as to whether you can be a citizen or not. A couple was rejected for not greeting people politely on the street. They have always been Swiss first and that will never change. My husband has a Swiss grandfather and we have enough money to support ourselves so we could likely get residency. I was born there and worked there twice. They are armed to the teeth and give no F's for what any other country thinks.
I heard stories years ago about women being assaulted and the leadership covering for the perps. Of course I don't believe in the sexes mixing in the military, but that is another question. Meanwhile my Marine son tells me they don't tolerate anything to a point that they are almost afraid to talk to female Marines in case if anything could be taken wrong. In any large organization some people will be bad and there have to be systems in place to effectively deal with it
Lion Party forms under Trump and we all fight for election integrity while we gradually take over. GOP is toast and join the DNC to become the CCP Uniparty. SOme of us start to seriously look at leaving the country and moving somewhere more based, like Switzerland
Agree, all over Latin America people are pissed as hell at the Chinese and at some point they will default and tell them where to put it just like they did Portugal and Spain. Africa is ungovernable and they will fail as all other colonists have. Individual Chinese will do fine, but the CCP is not monolithic
raised lapsed Catholic, 100% agree
