The program is privately funded per the article. They are going to have trouble finding families who fit the description if they include the handouts the government gives these people. As a California resident I know that single mothers who decided to get pregnant rather than 1) getting married first, 2) getting a job first, and 3) finishing high school first all have trouble getting decent jobs so they all get food stamps, Medicaid and HUD housing. Don’t forget too that California has a minimum wage of $15/hr so anyone with a job is already making $30k. So, this is a virtue signaling program and the people running it will pocket the millions set aside for it. I live about an hour from Oakland and my city took $8.5 million for a homeless shelter that was already built and stands empty to this day. This graft and corruption is at all levels today.

All of that was a lie. I work in healthcare and see that the hospital volumes went down for two months last year but most hospitals recovered and volumes went back to normal for the most part. At no time did volumes go up. What I hear about the hospitals now is that there’s a whole lot of screaming by inpatients because they are ignored. Family is no longer allowed inside the hospitals leaving the caretakers unobserved by their love ones. Stay away from inpatient services if you can.

We must all speak truth and stand up to the sheeple who mock us. The truth will bear out once everyone realizes that their grandparents are still alive and kicking.
