Yeah, the good thing is that people are finally aware of the propaganda in the media and the corruption in government, like it was in the Soviet Union. The bad thing is, the US is basically on its way to be like the Soviet Union.
But did not the PA legislature support the Texas lawsuit? Even if SCOTUS rejected the state v. state suit, the PA legislature by SCOTUS own ruling should have had standing when they were suing PA. I am no layer and there might by other reasons, but if PA legislature was harmed by PA government and PA SC, only SCOTUS would have been the place to remedy this mess.
So what if a court, or several, rules that there was widespread election fraud in Feb 2021? Are they expecting us to say ´well shucks, Biden cheated, but is now President and will stay President´? Even if they impeach and remove him, Kamala ran on the same fraudulent ticket. What legal option would be left to remedy this clusterfuck of an election? At that point I only see 4th box options, to be honest.
In essence, seven states have sent two slates of electors, for Biden and for Trump. The states are PA, WI, NV, NM, MI, GA, and AZ, if I recall correct. It basically ensures that any findings after today can still be meaningful as they may influence what slate of electors will be actually counted on Jan. 6th in Congress. For instance, this happened with the electors of Hawaii in 1960. As far as I know, VP Pence would have the final say of what slate is counted or whether both are rejected, although these details are not quite clear to me.
Even so, who is to say that if there is a Biden administration that they will not just ignore any pardon. At this rate, why should they care about such things?
