The Texas suit wasn’t dismissed because of evidence or lack of evidence. It wasn’t;t taken up by the SC because they don’t see Texas as being involved or hurt by the actions of the other states. Therefore, Texas had no standing to make a case.
The content within the suit can still be valid, just needs to be filed by someone other standing. I guess we’ll see what happens.
It’s a matter of values. From my experience, people with conservative values (that doesn’t mean they identify as conservatives) follow the rules and don’t sink to the same lows as progressives to gain relevance or power.
It’s impossible to be a true echo chamber when you are countering the mainstream narrative. We are inundated with opposing viewpoints where ever we go. The world would be a lot healthier if the people on the mainstream echo chambers would venture here with an open mind.
