Teach your kids the difference between facts and opinion. Teach them critical thought in a way that's not overtly political. A child who can think for themselves and ask questions is for better off, and has better to chance in the future.
Teach them real history.
Control their media intake. There are plenty of films and TV shows that can serve to show real history and real non-violent ways to fight for freedom. And plenty that can corrupt them in minute.
Even in Soviet Russia, Modern China, Hong Kong, Tibet, Cuba, Venezuela, etc etc, there were/are people surviving waiting for the opportunity for freedom to blossom.
Find or build a tight-knit community of like minded people. Even if you're not particularly faithful find a church who is not woke and join. (You don't have to go every week or be able to recite the bible front to back to be a trusted member of the church.)
