Oklahoma is DEEP red. Every other state could go blue and we’d still be red. Our governor, OKC mayor and police chief squashed the protests very quickly. We love our law enforcement here. We let them cut in line, buy them lunch, and voice our support. My husband owns a law firm near where the riot was but fortunately it’s in a skyscraper. Our friend Abdul’s bail bond business was ransacked.
I’m definitely open to and thankful for advice. I fully acknowledge that the good people here have vastly superior knowledge of weaponry. And I appreciate being informed before I bought several as gifts! Personally I’m only comfortable considering my guns for home defense. Many female friends also don’t want to carry lethal. I’m trying to get them armed within their comfort zone.
Please forgive me. I know this is a gun thread (I’m a proud female owner of 5), but I’m spreading the word to my friends who are too nervous to carry lethal weapons. After researching alternative defensive tools, this stun baton is the best non-lethal weapon I could find. It’s also cool AF. I take mine on walks with my children in case of dog attacks but I generally keep it in my car. Plus I keep a smaller hand unit in my purse at all times.

When he first started speaking out against Biden/Dems he stated that his Dem “friends” had either ghosted or admonished him. He seemed pretty sad about it. Then, I can only guess that many brand new Republican friends had reached out to him b/c he had a smile so big that it made me smile with him. We welcome you with open arms Leo! 😃
