Institutions in Michigan don't have a choice but to act on it.

WRT other states, the MI ruling can be used as precedence. It's not binding, but it still carries a lot of weight.

I never suggested the ruling would have anything to do with overturning the election. That's the point. We need to get beyond that fantasy and work in the real world now.

Being right doesn't mean shit, if all you have to show for it is bragging rights.

Being able to say "I told you so" doesn't change a goddamn thing, does it?

Take your time in answering.

Voter fraud was never proven in a court of law at this level.

The fact you don't think I care is simply bull-shit. I do care, but I choose to take my knocks and fight on.

Reee!

Agreed. It is time to fix it.

While we knew it was fixed, this is the first major court decision to confirm that.

That's a huge victory.

Should we assume everything she has written is bull-shit because she didn't accept Jesus as her savior?

Stalin and Mao were atheists as well. Do you think if Ayn joined them for dinner they'd get along swimmingly?

I will never discount the wisdom of anyone based on religious beliefs.

I'd rather that than wallow in a golden shower.

"Poor me! I'm being pissed on, but instead of stepping out of the stream of piss, I'm going to stay where I am and scream - POOR ME!"

Reee.

This is real world politics.

Whining pussies with big-dick bravado aren't going to fix anything.

Draw yourself a nice warm bubble bath, pour yourself a glass of wine, light some candles, click on the Cher link, call a girlfriend and have a nice long cry.

That would create a true Constitutional crisis like we haven't seen since the Civil War.

It's tough to imagine how that would play out.

Being held accountable is important, but that is secondary to fixing the broken system.

If she spends the rest of her life in prison and nothing changes with regard to elections, that's not even close to a win.

An optimist would say - "yes".

A doomer? You can read their comments. There are plenty of them to choose from.

No. The Supreme Court has not even considered this case.

If they had, the Michigan judge would never have made a ruling.

"Stupid"? Indeed.

This is big, because it gives credibility to the concept that the system is flawed.

We'll fight to fix it while you hang back and whine about how unfair it was.

You can fight the dead on yesterday's battlefield, but that's a job for historians - not soldiers.
