State legislators have the authority by the constitution to throw out the results of an election in their state. The evidence is overwhelming, and legislatures are feeling the pressure. In GA they decided to get the ballots from the State Farm video to an auditor.
Pence has to accept the votes from each state and can throw them out if he thinks there are issues. Because both dem and rep electors sent in votes for swing states this is easy.
The house/senate can argue the results if they feel compelled. We have enough people to protest this already.
