You have got to live in a very red area if you think DAs are always on the side of cops. Philly for example has a DA who literally made his career suing cops for bullshit that would only ever fly in a major city that is super democrat and pro criminal. I'd really like to live wherever you do. Maybe it was that way over a decade ago but in major cities it hasn't been for a while. Hell in most cities the departments are more or less controlled by the city council like philly Minneapolis and so on. None cops idea of internal affairs is always amusing to me. There is a reason other cops don't like or trust them they aren't our friends they ain't there to help us they are basically HR for police departments fuck the employee help the company.

I saw the enfields were making a come back and heard they are much better than they have been over the past handful of years. Street bob's are pretty sweet. I got the scrambler not so much for light off road ability but to deal with potholes and construction because city is do do. I was looking at bobs too but ultimately went scrambler.

Bikes aren't as dangerous as people think. If you wear your ppe you'll be fine. everyone I've ever met or known that had an accident not just a drop at idle or parking lot speeds was doing some dumb shit.
