I have been single pretty much my entire life & now I’m almost 30 and I am getting very sad and worried. I’ve only lived in pretty liberal areas of NY so I knew I’d never meet anyone there. Been in Tennessee for 2.5 years now & all the guys at church are married or engaged. All the guys in apps are soy boys. And if I walk up to a man I find attractive- I’m weird.
So I’m just putting total faith in God that there’s either someone really great for me that I need to wait for, or marriage and family isn’t my path. Which is a hard pill to swallow but is an unfortunate reality for some of us.

I was in a mass once in NYC when a man came in shouting. It was really scary but the priest said let him be & continued his homily. Eventually he left and two male parishioners guarded the door the rest of mass.

The cops turned their backs on DeBlasio a few years ago and it was awesome but I was wondering if active military are even allowed to do things that way. It looks to me like their backs are turned but my mom had said she thought maybe they were commanded to be turned to “keep watch” or something?

It’s nothing to do with that, man. I love Trump, I’m allowed to be sad for what’s he’s been put through and what his family has endured. I didn’t say I gave up on him!

I have one kid in my class out of 15 that loves Trump and the kids bully him so much it boils my blood. While I’m proud of my kid for standing up for Trump (cause secretly I’m like YEAH!) the whole point of being a teacher is to a) teach the content and b) teach kids how to be faithful to Christ (I work in a catholic school) and c) teach them how to research for themselves.
Better teachers in schools means 90% of the shit we deal with right now would NOT even be an issue
Got got COVID and I wore masks and social distanced all the time for the sake of my job (in person teacher) so masks don’t work. And the worst part is I think I got it from going in and out of doctors offices to get tested for COVID because of my job. 😅
