This is why we need a new party. Set clear articulate policy positions that harken back to the Constitution. It must be distributed with no central planning or "Chairman". Set the principles and say join only if you agree with these principles. It must start on the local and state level not the federal level. Build momentum and local office holders prior to federal elections.
As people move to the new party, leaders would emerge. With the GOP at this point we assume they are all RINOs.
