Yeah, this is accurate. I’m about 45 minutes from ATL. Stores “require” masks but they’re not enforced. At all. You’ll hear associates make announcements reminding customers to wear a mask, but NO-ONE does. I can only think of one store that will prevent you from entering without one. There is also a strip mall in a neighboring county that is a complete mask nazi, but that’s pretty much it.

Just got back from a trip to NC. They were insane about the mask... even when skiing or sledding OUTDOORS.

As a teacher, I’m so glad my state is Right to Work. Unions and these crazy left wing teachers make us all look bad. There are some states I’d NEVER work in or send my kids to school in.
