You aren't looking at this from the right perspective.
It unlikely that any of these 'paths to victory' will be what results in Trump winning the election.
It is very good to be aware of how the big steal worked and all the fraud that went on. Trying to figure out which lawsuit or electoral path is going to be the one is useless in my opinion.
I think than on Jan 6, 2021, things will be much different than they are now.
The big picture situation is that everybody who is paying attention realizes that DJT won the election in a landslide, but the enemy cheated electronically and when they couldn't cheat enough that way, they stopped the count in the swing states and in desperation went old-school ballot box stuffing.

The enemy strategy is to gaslight and just deny that there was any fraud and try to run out the clock.
But they are losing. Trump's approval is not falling. More and more people every day are deciding that Trump is right.

I guarantee you that Biden will not become President if a sizable majority of American voters think it was stolen and that Joe Biden is not fit to be President.
Things will be different on January 6. Don't fret about the paths to victory. Their strategy is failing and will completely fall apart.

Our President has yet to make his move. I think the he knows a lot of information which will turn things around very quickly. It has been a struggle to hold the line while he waits until he can see the whites of their eyes.
