"Care is the kind of terrorism for which the person being cared owes thanks". This principle already the Nazis knew and is the method that Democrats are using today. They say they care for minorities, for which they have to be thankful, but the true motivation is the own power gain. Also it's difficult to say something against it because rulership also works by defining morale and the current morale doesn't value productive work. So saying that minorities should get a job to be economically independent, which is the American dream, is seen as something bad and therefore giving them charity and making them dependent on charity is seen as superior from a perspective of morality. So the whole trick is defining productive work as superior over receiving charity again. For this in turn publicity is needed which is (surprise!) in the hands of Democrats. So own ways of publicity are needed showing the positive effect of real work also among minorities.
