The kneeling on the side of Floyd's neck wouldn't have caused him to stop breathing. In a blood choke, both sides of the neck need to have pressure to cause unconsciousness. Anyone versed in mma would tell you that same thing.
It's already too late for Idaho. They--Californians--have been migrating eastward from Washington for years now. There was an effort here in the late 80's and early 90's, to keep out Californians, which didn't work. That movement was called "Lesser Seattle".
