I can't tell the difference between WA, ID, MT, WY, SD. I'm in Rapid City right now it looks no different. Business owners might have a choice but they sure are not taking it. Same mask propaganda everywhere. Same amount of people wearing masks.
I live on the WA/ID border. Im currently in Rapid City, SD. SD is every bit as masked up as WA, ID, MT, WY. My family wanted to see Rushmore and a take a mask break but it's exactly the same. Business have a choice in SD but are choosing the mask route for the most part. Same mask signs, stupid floor stickers for 6', tables limited in restaurants, annoying COVID radio commercials every five seconds, Etc. Quite a buzz kill.
