So, if the the entire United States has 1,000,000 positives with 13% hospitalized (130,000) and 25% of those are icu ventilator patients that is 32,500 NATIONWIDE. Why does Cuomo think he needs 30,000 ventilators? This has gotten way out of control with the fear mongering

If he has 20,000 case and 2,500 in the hospital and around 400 icu. A ventilator would only be used in icu department, so why does he think he needs 30,000? Sounds like he is stoking fear.
