It all has to happen on January 20th so that the Democrat House has no chance to respond.
- Biden, Harris and Pelosi are all arrested for treason.
- Pompeo is next in line and becomes President.
- President Pompeo then announces a full audit of contested states, and nominates Donald Trump as Vice President.
- After the audit shows Trump won, Pompeo resigns and Trump regains his rightful place as President.
