I am not going to talk about the political stuff going on at this time. Others are better able to discuss that point than I am. But I do have faith that God is good, and Trump is not a quitter.
I am sorry to hear you lost two family members last week. I have been there. Four years ago I found my wife dead in our yard, she was 47 at the time. She had voted for Trump but never got to see him sworn in. It felt like my world had ended that day. I still miss her everyday.
In the beginning it felt like that giant boulder of grief and pain and hopelessness was unsupportable. It felt like I would never laugh again, never love again and never want to live again.
But over time, with a lot of work, I have gotten stronger. That boulder of grief has not gotten lighter but now I can lift it without the pain. Now I can think back on all of the good time and laugh at the joy of those memories not cry.
You will get through this dark time. And if you do the work you will come out the other side stronger for it.
