From what I'm aware so far these state electors have cast PROCEDURAL VOTES. I don't know if they have been confirmed by state legislatures as required in the constitution. Do these votes still go to the Congress, or are we relying on SCOTUS or State Legislators to certify those voted in order to have Pence accept them?
