But seriously. I started making my own mayonnaise years ago when I discovered the magic of "flavored" mayonnaise. I like spicy things and found out that I can add stuff like wasabi, hot sauce etc. and had no idea that mayo (and other sauces) was so easy to make if you've got a blender and five minutes. And I am not exactly the "galloping gourmet" type.

You can always make it. I figured that out years ago when the chickens were giving me too many eggs. You just put all the ingredients except the oil into a blender, start the blender with the lid on, and then drizzle oil through the hole in the cap, takes like two minutes and no fascism required.

There is no such thing as race in my book. Some humans have a tan and some don't. Scientists agree that aside from family traits which help determine skin and hair color, people are essentially biologically all the same. However, bigotry and prejudice is very much a thing. Slavery in the USA centuries ago was especially shameful because it was based on skin color, and of course in the years following the Emancipation, Black Americans have not been given the credit they deserve for help building our country. And that's why we now have Black History Month.
