Spent two weeks in Battle Creek and two week in Kalamazoo last August. What a dump both cities were. Rehab clinics on every corner. Homeless people on every corner. I had three separate instances of homeless people running up to the windows of my moving car to beg. I saw a drunk guy fall over drunk in the Kalamazoo library and EMTs had to get him. Saw homeless people bathing in the library bathrooms. Went to the park in Battle Creek to try fishing and two different ladies asked to borrow my phone I guess they don’t have phones there? Overall an absolute shit hole and I live ten minutes south of Baltimore so I know a shit hole when I see one.
As a background investigator this looks like a huge influx of security clearance applications. That is $$$ in my pocket. Let’s get this ball rolling.
