this is so sad to me. CA went from the best state in the US: most robust middle class, best schools, best infrastructure, industries galore, best looking people, healthiest people....
To the worst by multiple measurable metrics: highest crime, worst infrastructure, disappearing middle class, most homeless, "wokest" schools which in a few years will translate to the worst, worst state to start a business, highest % population in poverty, least likely to get out of poverty, high housing costs, high rent costs, highest taxes, highest crime, highest drug use.....
it just goes on and on, all in the span of about 40 years.

I assume most here live in the US and know about the US civil war. That type of civil war was unique, with defined boundaries between the groups drawn by approximately state lines with the rogue opposing small city here and there. But that was unique for a civil war. More typical of a civil war is opposing groups mixed living together, your neighbor on the opposite side of the street supports Antifa, as does your next door neighbor, while your other next door neighbor and yourself do not. Repeat this all the way down the street everywhere.

Florida, the 3rd most populated state in the US, managed to count all ballots by 10 pm. States with 1/4 of FL population took a whole week or more.
DeSantis plus the 2000 Bush/Gore fiasco was the trigger to clean up Florida. But if FL had Guillum, basically the gay version of Marion Barry, the 3 most corrupt counties in FL still would be that way: Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm.
Hopefully the 2020 election will cause the same to happen in other states.

I thought about this for a while. Those who want to get into positions of power cannot have any black marks in their life. Got into a fight in 8th grade? Now as an adult you cant have a SC and therefore you cant become a high ranking government official. Got caught drinking a beer at 19? Same outcome. Whatever it is they arent allowed to do by "the rules" they dont do it. They perfectly obey no matter what. But good leaders know when to bend/break the rules, but they arent allowed to become leaders anymore.
These "betas" go through life this way and when they get into positions of power, they hesitate to make decisions that would potentially not sit well with everyone. So they end up making ineffective decisions that are so ineffective that they do nothing for no one. They wont consider making a bold decision that needs to be made because it is too risky for them.
I take that back though, its beta males and psychos that become elected officials. Psychos know how to blend in when people are watching.
