Just wanted to let everyone know about this. This seems like a kneejerk reaction to the whole "$15 a hour minimum" thing, but in actuality, this is how wage increases should work, naturally. Walmart was forced to increase starting wages on these positions in order to compete with factory jobs in middle America. The change will bring in more job candidates and will allow them to be more decisive about who they hire, creating a healthy candidate pool and lighting a fire under the asses of anyone complacent in their current position because they could be replaced at any time. Walmart did this of their own accord instead of being forced to, which is how these things should work.
I would rather KNOW when someone doesn't have my interests in mind and is going to fuck me than hope the republican I voted for isn't a RINO. I think the deception is the worst part of the whole ordeal.
I want to do some spray painting and I don't want to breathe the fumes. But every search for 3M N95 masks gives me the useless surgical masks.
I tried to buy some ingrediants to make the Cuban rice recipe on their website, but my local Wallyworld didn't have the Sofrito in stock and they don't even carry the small red beans, golden cannilla rice, or the Sazon without Annatto. I got the olive oil, the Sazon with coriander and annatto, some chocolate crackers, and a box of rice. Any Pedes here got some recipes that use ingredients I might find in my Walmart?
I think we're in a similar position to where Reddit was when Digg alienated its own userbase with censorship and monetized content. If TD.win expanded into a site identical to Reddit, but promised actual freedom of speech to its users, it could have the potential to compete well. There are, after all, over 7 million subscribers on T_D. There will be many holdovers on Reddit simply because they still visit other subreddits. TD.win needs to be more than just an open platform for Trump news and memes, it should be an open platform for free speech as a whole.
Let Freedom.Win.
