Hey, respect for caring about your health enough to at least try. I have a friend who is like that. I used to be able to outrun him, but now he outruns me, and he's technically overweight. He would get frustrated that he didn't thin out much.

I not sure if it's his diet or what, but I'm one of those "fast metabolism" guys that have trouble getting above a certain weight. So although his weight issue and mine are quite different, I think I somewhat understand the frustration.

Those "I'll . . . eat another deep fried pig" people you talked give me mixed feelings. Sad they're damaging their bodies so badly, and angry they try to make it socially acceptable.
