I wouldn't be using Stackexchange.com I used the https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/constitution-transcript . It states in the constitution across several section in Article 2 and Article 3 talks about it. Here I will try and layout my way of thinking that made this article interesting. Point one President Trump has exhausted all the constitution process he could from the Judicial and the Legislature branch. Now think about this point He has sworn an oath of office to Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States from enemies foreign and Domestic. I think sense he has exhausted all the process he has two more options Option one President Trump is still in charge of the Emergency economic Powers Act that he reinstated September 10 2020. I have both the original one and the reinstatement document of the executive order. In this executive order it clearly talks about election interference from foreign countries. The second option is the Insurrection act of 1807. I think he will use the Emergency Economic Wars powers act and suspend habeas corpus like Lincoln did during the civil war and us the military to arrest the Traitors and put a stop to the foreign cyber attacks and interference.

If you look at the Election of CA sense the Reynolds vs Sims Case that was decide in 1964 where the Supreme Court ruled that the electoral districts of state legislative chambers must be roughly equal in population and ever sense then the urban areas of CA such as San Francisco, Los Angles and Metro Sacramento decides who is representative. Now with that population being about a million more in those areas us conservative people in the rural areas have sense lost our representation. You are seeing this horrible decision already having the same effect in other states like Nevada, Illinois, New York, Oregon, Washington and Now it is starting to begin in Texas as it has Started in places like CA,NY, NV,WA and OR, etc. I know from looking at all my counties Data where I live in CA It has always voted Conservative in 90 percent of the election sense.

20 Republican Governors (Excluding Arnold Schwarzenegger)
18 Democrat Governors
1 American (Know-nothing)
All Governors for CA sense 1849 to Present.
If you look at the Elections after Ronald Regan the Governors of CA have been mostly Democrat and I would even include Arnold in their because he hurt CA conservative policy more than Gov. Gray Davis. Arnold Just Ran as a Republican and the CA Republican Party has been dead sense the Orange County Bankruptcy in 1995.
I would strongly suggest that everyone begin to dig more into CA and learn the truths and not base it off of all the rumors that people say. Rumors make more of the problem. Let’s search for the Truth and Stop the Communist trying to steal our Country. They are Stealing our Country and they Starting with CA because of its sure power it has as a State that hold the greatest amount of resources and its weather climate.
