Absolutely 100% truth. I’m in tears right now. I’m Catholic, and I have Catholic relatives who voted for Biden and were proud of it. I can never understand calling yourself Catholic/Christian and voting for someone that clearly hates Christ. God help us all. I pray that we will be saved.

I used to live in Seattle and nearby surrounding areas, and I refuse to even go anywhere near that shithole. My husband and I still unfortunately live in WA, but on the east side, and he once asked me what if he found his dream job that required moving to Seattle (he’s a Midwest transplant and never lived there). I said no effing way and over my dead body. Cesspool of nastiness. Can’t walk down the street without worrying you’ll contract something.
I live in WA, and that was my initial thought as well. We have a huge military presence on the west coast as well doing a lot of movement 😉. We are closer to China, so it’s not a far stretch to think WA and not MD.

I agree! The low-energy BS has been around this forum, and I believe many of them are shills. But there are some genuine posters “calling out” those who are posting about sending prayers and saying they can’t go, and accusing them of finding “excuses”. I’m just asking for all posters to be respectful and think beyond their own situation. I desperately want to go, but I am just not physically able to go and I’ve been called weak/excuse maker in other threads. I’m supporting the cause in other ways I can.
Thank you, and I am protesting more locally. I fully support going and protesting at the state/local levels, and to disparage people for not going TO DC is not helpful. Encourage and mobilize, but also accept that there are truly dedicated people who are behind the front lines.

Surely couldn’t be the lousy curriculum. 🙄 I was a math teacher, and I guarantee common core opened this Pandora’s Box to this pathetic excuse as to why children don’t understand math. I used to just shut my door and teach math logically and old-school. My students actually learned thee concepts and did well on the exams.
