Nah I’m moving to Austin, Texas in 3 weeks. Fuck Los Angeles. Fuck California. Fuck communists. Taking my business with me! I tried to help, I tried to stay, but there is no hope with these people.

Don’t do it pede, do NOT play their game. Listen to Jordan Peterson’s response to this - he is right.

Left Reddit about 6 months ago. I went back last week to see what going on in the front page. Ended up reading about a woman being offered to post an ad about her candle business on Instagram to an audience of 600k people for $50 and a free candle. Somehow Reddit felt the man who offered this deal was the devil and a piece of shit human. Reddit is full of useless idiots that have nothing going on in their lives, and all of their friends have blocked them on Facebook, so they complain to strangers on the internet.

I also know a 40yo drunk woman that lives two floors above me who sends me her AskReddit threads at 2am when she is hammered and upset at her loser husband.

Winners win and losers lose, and we win here at theDonald.win - congrats on leaving Reddit.

Nazi book burnings were “not acts of censorship, nor destructive of other people's property, but purely symbolic protests“. Now we have Democrat’s supporting the tearing down of statues in protest, and Sean King calling for the remove of “white” Jesus from all stained glass, statues, and paintings....

I have a $3.5k/mo apartment Downtown LA. I watched from my third floor window people riot, loot, burn, and drink in the streets during the peak of the riots (5/29). I watched the LAPD work for 3 days straight in full gear chasing these animals around and try to put an end to the madness. Downtown LA is now completely destroyed and I abandoned my apartment and moved to Florida to visit my family for the time being. I moved downtown LA to build my first company and had a goal to sell and make my first few million by 35, and these animals have absolutely ruined that city. LAPD doesn’t deserve any of this and I agree they should go on strike and watch LA burn. I have always been a pede in LA but have put up with the shit politics for the money, but not anymore, I’m out! Taking my company and money with me.

Los Angeles made this surprise announcement on Friday that we are allowed to open. I live DTLA and have to say I think they made the decision to stop the chaos, or it was a coincidence. I didn’t get the feeling at all that it was planned. The mayor of LA isn’t in on this, he has mobilized an army here and I have military humvees driving past my window. The radicals are actually very upset with him for calling in the national guard.

I see, thanks. Didn’t know that was a feature.

That’s not an argument. How can anyone take you seriously?

Yes, absolutely. Tbh I was using the_donald since it had 10k subs and that used to be the only place left on reddit for actual civil discourse. I have noticed this new site has the same crap as r/politics and any rational thought is downvoted and called names, while the conspiracies and out of context content is pushed to the top. It’s embarrassing, I used to think Pedes were rational thinkers.

I applied through Chase and the fine print stated that it’s on me to petition for forgiveness, otherwise they will expect the principal plus interest. Make sure to follow up on that and report what you are using it for so your bank doesn’t screw you! Congrats btw!

I live DTLA (I know it’s crazy, but I make stupid money here) and foot traffic has increased probably 10x from last week. Talked with my local bartender (bars have to-go drinks) and he said they have seen a big increase as well. At the same time the rain finally stopped, that may have been a big reason why people were okay with sheltering in place. I’m still limiting my exposure to outside since the homeless around here are still out and about.

I think we can do everything we can to stay home, but not stop the freedom of people to gather for religious purposes or even protests. I strongly recommend people do not gather, I’m staying home, but I value our rights more than the problems it will cause with a few people still gathering.

Imagine 2M American lives lost in 3 months. That’s more casualties than every American war combined. Most businesses should be able to handle a 12 week drought, and sure the weak ones will fail, just like the weak people won’t survive the virus. If 2-5% of businesses fail, they can come back. 1-2% of American lives won’t come back. As much of a capitalist I am, I value human life more than businesses that are unable to survive 12 weeks.

Put America first, your country is calling on you to do your part.

I’m a 28yo small business owner. If you are unable to handle 8-12 weeks of a drought then you are doing something wrong. No doubt some businesses will fail, but maybe 1-3%. Would rather see 1-3% of businesses “fail” (they can come back) than 1-3% of American lives lost.

I feel like I’m back on r/redacted again. All sane and rational comments being downvoted and the hysterical trash being pushed to the top.
