I have a friend who's father in law saw a wreck and pulled over. The guy was knocked out when he got there. He started trying to cut through his seat belt to get him out. He smelled gas and stopped immediately and got away from the vehicle. The vehicle went up in flames 30 seconds later and he watched the man burn to death. There wasn't anything he could do.
