Sorry i dont care what the reason is. The government does not control my life. Who keeps the military in check when martial law is enacted. I already explained it to the best of my abilities. I could care less if it was iraq, syria, yemen, or any other country this is happening in. The point is the government aka the military should not have the ability to oppress the people with supreme force because then we are not free. We only have the idea of freedoms that can be taken away when the government deems it necessary. So I'll continue to whine as you said it because i dont want a military occupation of our country. Simple as that. I think everyone wanting the insurrection act and martial law are crazy.
Everybody is totally missing the point. Ill try one more time. Imagine for a second that the government as it exists right now bans ar15s and high capacity magazines. Overnight turning millions into felons. Then protests break out against the government who controls the military( hard concept for people to imagine). Then they start mass arresting people using the military which leads people to fight the military. And then the military with woke assholes in the upper brass give the go ahead to use lethal force. Now we have a similar situation where the military is executing citizens. Whether it is journalists, activists, random bystanders, children etc... I dont give a damn about their political ideology. Only that the government has the power to destroy them literally. And most people will say no all our military is based and wouldn't blindly follow orders. Ok sure a lot are. But a lot aren't. Especially the ones calling the shots. To our government we are the radicals. We are the dissidents. We are the extremists. We are the terrorists. And about a quarter to maybe half the country would agree with those statements. These are dangerous times and all im trying to say is keep an open mind. Otherwise i fear when we realize the truth, it'll be too late.
It is not who is killing who. It is the fact that the military can seize power and kill citizens indiscriminately. That is the point. We do not control the institutions of power. I don't fall for propaganda. Im not an idiot. Believing the military can not and will not do something this severe is naive and how regimes always get people to do nothing.
Even if i go to jail one day, i will say that people who transition their children or allow trans into girls and womens restrooms are disgusting sick people.

My original post was about the military killing people and the fact that it is not so far removed from reality that something like this could happen here in the united states. They are on the precipice of passing gun laws that will ban ar15s and high capacity magazines. There is a purpose for this. Only one true purpose and that is to disarm us and force compliance. If they killed a few dozen people, that would be enough of a deterrent to make most of the population fall in line. I dont know how anybody can see this thought process as conspiratorial or far fetched when there is footage of people in other countries being killed by their military. And with the arrest of hundreds of trump supporters simply for being at the Capitol by our intelligence agencies. I mean when will we take this serious. The US is completely overrun by China in all aspects of our country. Our corporations. Our politicians. Our education systems. Our military. Our energy grids. Our agriculture.
