I'm going to get personal here, this is a link to a bunch of pics that are from a cult that I was a part of. I hate them, I hate everything they stand for. Just checked mine after reading this. "Someone posted something about changing the EAS ringtone and I went looking for mine on my Samsung Galaxy S20. You can't change the sound but you can make it silent - which I've never done." This is how you fix it. (media.patriots.win)
