I don't believe that is correct. At least from what I've always heard, getting "ratioed" means that there are far more comments than likes on a given tweet. Since there is no "dislike" button, it's the best metric we have to determine if someone fucked up in a tweet.

She always let Trump get the last word when he wanted to respond, I'll give her that. If he said "can I respond?" she gave him 10 seconds to do so every time.
