Barnes is not any attorney of record for Trump. He is no more working for them than Wood or Powell.
Wood nor Powell have pushed fundraising, but people are donating to them because since election night they were the only ones fighting for us in GA until Rudy’s hearing last week. In fact, 2 weeks in I asked Wood where we could donate to his legal fight.
I would love to see all of Barnes’ legal filings and evidence. I follow him on Twitter and all I saw was criticism left and right for the past month. He is tweeting and doing podcasts about what should be done. Can you point me to what he has actually done?
So are Powell and Wood. Some of the same witnesses as well as the video used in Giuliani’s Senate hearing and case came from Wood and Powell. They have been doing the grunt work down here since the first week. However, unlike Barnes neither Ellis, Giuliani, Wood nor Powell are criticizing each other. It is divisive and unhelpful. In fact, it undermines everyone.

Barnes has been shooting down Wood and Powell all along. Why hasn’t he filed his own lawsuit if he knows what should be done.
