Most likely, the 11th circuit on appeal, then SCOTUS

Georgia Republican Party Calls On Secretary Raffensperger To Verify Absentee Ballot Signature Match Nov 22, 2020

Dear Mr. Secretary: As you are aware, we urged you during the general election to issue a bulletin authorizing our monitors to observe the absentee ballot verification process. This bulletin was regrettably not issued and we have grave concerns as to whether or not proper verification took place.

In Fulton County, two members of the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections voted against certifying the returns of the election because of concerns over absentee ballot verification in that county. Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer and Congressman Doug Collins on behalf of President Donald J. Trump wrote to you immediately after the election requesting an audit of the absentee ballots cast in the 2020 General Election prior to certifying the returns.

On Friday, after you certified the returns without auditing the absentee ballots, Governor Brian Kemp publicly called on you to conduct an absentee ballot audit. We write today, as members of the State Executive Committee of the Georgia Republican Party and citizens of the State of Georgia, to urge you, in the strongest possible terms, to order an immediate audit of the absentee ballots cast in the 2020 General Election. This audit must include verification of signature match.

We believe an audit is imperative to assure the integrity of the election and restore the shattered confidence in our electoral system.

Respectfully, State Executive Committee of the Georgia Republican Party David Shafer, State Chairman (more signatures at link)

Shafer is the GOP chairman, and he is one of the good guys. He has been fighting the fraud and sounding the alarm from day one.

But our GA legislature is AWOL, just like our governor

Yes, the judge pretty much said that a voter in GA had no standing to challenge how their votes were counted, even though contrary to GA law!

And, the judge ruled on the TRO and included the 11/13 lawsuit regarding the SOS secret agreement with democrats which changed our election laws without GA legislature which was illegal.

Anyway, that was an entirely different lawsuit, and the ruling is unusual and maybe unlawful.

Wood filed an appeal the other day to the 11th circuit and today’s filing is basically for them to hurry up.

I don’t know what that term means, but I can tell you she was hand picked for this role in GA to try and turn it blue. No one had ever heard of her here before she ran, but Clinton and Dems really fawned over her. The 2018 race was way too close thanks to her ballot harvesting and she would have won had the reps not cleaned up the voter rolls.

Plausible deniability, minus the plausible

They are android. Read Coomer say that in an interview

Eric Coomer, an executive with Dominion Voting Systems, which sold the state its new election system last year for more than $100 million, said the problem has to do with the way the voting machines communicate with the underlying Android operating system. He told Totenberg a minor software change will address the issue. https://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/lawyers-spar-over-georgia-voting-machine-glitch-planned-fix

Is Trump’s team going to file any suits in GA? I heard Sekulow was, but never heard more about it.

I know Powell is tomorrow and Wood did over a week ago and his is going to be appealed at the 11th circuit court

May be the long game, but she is filing a lawsuit before Trump’s lawyers here in GA.
