Yes it is, all election rules for the state were set up by the SOS Raffensperger, and were based on illegal agreements with democrats in March 2020. Any changes to election laws are supposed to go through the GA Legislature
There is even a county election official on record admitting they do what the state tells them to.

You are an idiot. First off that was not a Wood arguing, he is the Plantiff in the case. Second, it was not a lawsuit, it was a TPO to stop the SOS from certifying which will be appealed to the 11th circuit. And his TPO case had over 100 pages of exhibits, including affidavits, documenting fraud right here in GA.Third, he has an even bigger lawsuit pending which he filed on 11/13, which will likely go SCOTUS because the SOS rules for this election were illegal - he circumvented GA legislature on absentee ballot signature verification in a shady deal with democrats.
