He probably would say he did a “risk-limiting audit”, which basically means feeding a few ballots into the machines to see that the machines worked. At one time he tried to call the recount a special audit and recount at the same time. He is a liar and has been from day one.
He has two lawsuits, this is the TRO against the SOS and the exhibits are full of evidence:

The other lawsuit was filed 11/13 Regarding SOS circumventing GA legislature to make his own election rules in a deal with the democrats. This is illegal and an honest judge would nullify the whole election. The rules he changed are regarding absentee ballot signature verification. Because of this, GA went from 3.5% rejection of absentee ballots to .3%.

He is on a personal mission at this point. He is not a Trump lawyer, he is doing all this as a citizen and elector of Georgia, on his own dime. He is working and sharing information with the Trump legal team, though.
