The governor did not make this deal. The case he is referring to is a deal the SOS Raffensperger made with democrats in March 2020, which changed our election laws but bypassed GA legislature . the agreement is why absentee ballot signatures were not verified and is why democrats were allowed to cure (fix) absentee ballots after Election Day. The big difference here is the preponderance of evidence from all these swing states. I believe L. Lin Wood has a strong case here, but the judge it is going in front of is Totenberg, I believe, and she is a ultra liberal, Obama pick. However, I believe it could go to SCOTUS.

I have mentioned our SOS is the one who both purchased Dominion systems and put it in every county in GA, despite concerns and even lawsuits over the security of the software. He has been saying from day one there is no credible fraud and the counts are accurate, but I know for a fact there was fraud, I know people who experienced here, and the SOS either ignored them or gave them the runaround.

I do not know Kemp’s role in all this, besides his ex chief of staff, Jared Thomas is a dominion lobbyist. I do know that he has been completely silent on all this and is ignoring pleas by thousands of Georgians to call a special session of GA Legislature. His silence is very suspicious.

Finally as far as absentee ballots goes, Stacy Abrams has lead all of that with ballot harvesting and leading the effort to “fix” absentee ballots after the deadline.

Dude successfully defended Richard Jewel vs the FBI, Nick Sandmann vs. NBC/CNN and other high profile cases. And he is “dropping the sauce” because he just filed a lawsuit against the GA SOS for illegally changing election laws in GA. This case will probably be dismissed by the Obama district judge, but no doubt it will go to SCOTUS because it is the same crap the PA SOS tried to pull.
