I have to imagine there is a not insignificant number of veterans with certain skill sets in this country. Skills like insurgency, guerrilla tactics, etc. These men don't tend to announce publically their intentions before they act.

Let's assume SCOTUS rules for Texas, and punts the ball back to the state legislatures. Is there anything in the suit that would force the states to decide electors any differently? If we get a favorable ruling, the best case is that the legislatures now have cover to choose electors in some other manner, correct? If that is the case, then we need to turn the heat up on all those legislatures in anticipation of a SCOTUS victory.
