This is why there has been a big push from the Dems to turn TX and FL blue, and why PA,GA,NC,&MI are at the center of delayed counting. They have reliably blue smaller east coast, New England, and west coast states that can make up the difference of TX and FL, but this is why those 4 states became the focal point of the steal.
As we have witnessed, this is why there doesn’t have to be WIDESPREAD fraud. It only needs to target large urban areas in select states to swing an election. 3 cities (PHI, ATL, DET) are what currently hold the sway of 52 EC votes.
Can a single person do this? No. So it does require some coordination. But you get a few fanatics in key positions of power in these cities while votes are being counted, and that’s all it takes.

This. 230 is a “self defense” type clause. It can only be invoke if sued. It doesn’t give these sites privileges, it’s designed to offer protection from prosecution (similar to self defense) if they are truly acting like a platform. Bellwether states are a ridiculous correlation. These states represent anywhere from 6-11% each of the total needed to win. They are big EC vote counts. Overcoming NOT winning one or both of these is extremely difficult, which is WHY the overall winner tends to carry these states.
