Unlike liberals, we all understand that a new justice isn’t given unilateral authoritarian powers to overturn past rulings and a case would need to be brought before them, AND the SC would have to agree to hear it, but what would be the fundamental argument of that case?

A father wanting to keep a baby? Suing to prevent an abortion? A challenge to NY or VAs “up to the moment of birth” changes to their abortion laws?

And even if it IS overturned, doesn’t it then become a states rights issue? Individual states make their own laws?
