Based for a politician. We dodged a missile when he won the last election, but both our major political parties are moving to the left. Most of the people in rural Australia are based, with attitudes much like Texans, but our cities are heaving cesspits of leftism unfortunately, especially Sydney and Melbourne.

So Rudy and his team have been wasting their time speaking with and presenting evidence to the state legislators all this time? Trump wasted his time with his conference call to the state legislators of all seven states the other day? If the state legislators conclude fraud vitiated the election in their state, the ballot total means jack shit, the electors for that state would need to be thrown out, given there is not enough time for a new state election. If this happens in all seven contested states, Trump either wins the electoral count by a 232-222 majority, or the vote goes to the states, which Trump should win due the Republican majority.

I saw you mention safe harbour somewhere else too. Safe harbour only refers to challenges made by congress, and it's only mentioned in the Electoral Count Act of 1887, not the constitution. Therefore, the state legislators hold all the power to certify or decertify. If Trump and his team go with a purely constitutional path with decertifying the electors in the contested states, he has a good chance of pulling it off. Sure, the Democrats will REE and scream and will take them to SCOTUS, but SCOTUS might not even take the case, if the Texas ruling is any indication.

Bloody hell, I can't believe I'm so invested in this election to write this, I'm not even American.

The simplest way for Trump to win is the state legislators in the 7 contested states de-certify their electors on or before the 6th of January. Fuck the house and senate, those assholes won't do shit to help Trump.

He (it?) is the best argument for Reptilians existing that I've ever seen.

None yet, but it's looking promising in Georgia and Arizona. I haven't kept up to date on the other states, but I suspect if one decertifies, the rest will quickly follow.

"The joint session does not act on any objections that are made. Instead, the joint session is suspended, the Senate withdraws from the House chamber, and each house meets separately to debate the objection and vote whether, based on the objection, to count the vote or votes in question. Both houses must vote separately to agree to the objection by simple majority" Taken from page 6. Did I miss something?

Would be epic if Pence forces the two hour debate, and the evidence of the fraud was presented to both chambers and the american people watching all at once (as succinctly as possible within the 2 hour timeframe), at the end of which, the legislatures of all 7 disputed states announce together they are de-certifying their electors. Checkmate Trump.

It's vital that the legislatures of the 7 disputed states de-certify their electors before January 6th. If this happens, the electors of all 7 states can be thrown out by Pence, and Trump wins the election legitimately and constitutionally, 232 to 222. This is why Rudy and his team have been meeting with the state legislators - to present the evidence of fraud and convince them to de-certify.

The democrats will reeeee and scream like never before, and will challenge Pence's actions in court (and riot), but as the Supreme Court desperately wants to stay out of the election, they would likely refuse to take on the case, just like they did with the Texas lawsuit.

I hear you, but all other options must be exhausted first. In terms of the legitimacy of Trumps' second term in the eyes of normies and internationally, a win via the legislatures is the way.

His summer home is less than a mile from Mar-a-Lago. He explained it in his last video on his YouTube channel.

State legislators in the contested states must either de-certify the Democrat electors, or select the Republican electors, before Pence can LEGITIMATELY do the business on January 6th. A Trump second term will not be secured by bloodshed or at the Supreme Court, but by the state legislators growing a pair and doing the right thing. So blow up their phones and emails pedes.

What evidence would be more 'shocking to the country' that has already been presented? I mean, we have Bidens laptop, proof of constitutional violations within the disputed states, video evidence of fraud in Georgia, a multitude of statistical impossibilities and mathematical anomalies, thousands of affidavits from eyewitnesses, and a forensic audit of Dominion machines which proves they are dodgy as fuck, yet I still see 'no evidence' being parroted on MSM, other forums and by politicians that should be on our side. Honestly, you could smack a democrat in the face with a wad of fake ballots thicker than the script of Titanic and they would still screech "no evidence of fraud!" Aside from something incredible like Coomer confessing or Biden conceding, I doubt anything will 'shock' the country. We pedes know what went down, and I suspect even people of the left do too, but they'll just plant their heads firmly in the sand and prepare to be dicked by the swamp again.

What's this business with the letter at the funeral I keep reading about? Aussie pede here, so forgive my ignorance.
