Concerts are one of the few things I like to do in my spare time, I absolutely can’t get enough of live music. I regularly attend a festival or two every year like Bonnaroo, but I’ll be damned if I ever attend some shit like this. I’ll never attend another live show if this is what it comes to. While at a glance it might appear fine since I enjoy my space now that I’m a little older, but nobody thinks of the negative aspect that will happen because of this. Despite how people might obviously feel about the social distancing part of it the biggest issue is third party sellers. If the amount of tickets drop what do you think that’s gonna do to the price? Skyrocket. Third party sellers are gonna be fucking all of us through our wallet if it comes to this. Companies like Ticketmaster has already been horrible about this and it’ll only get worse.

I just don’t understand why they’re pushing the narrative that unemployment is such a big deal. I was furloughed for a month and a half, but as soon as I came back we’ve been hitting the ground running and overtime almost every week. And I think it’s total bs that there isn’t any jobs out there. I just had an interview yesterday with another company casually looking for a new job, not even trying that hard.

I’ve been very apathetic about the mask order up until yesterday here in Houston. I’ve been able to actively avoid places so I’m not forced to wear one, but unfortunately not everywhere like a gas station or Costco, but it’s been kinda whatever to me. I always stop at this little gas station early in the morning to either grab a drink or cigarettes before work and the guy behind the counter has never cared about me coming in without a mask until yesterday for some reason. I walk in, ask for a pack of cigs and he immediately refuses me service and I’m just kinda confused. I told him why do you care all of a sudden when 1.) We’re the only two people in here, 2.) you are behind a thick glass wall, and 3.) YOU HAVE YOUR MASK ON YOUR FUCKING CHIN. I just walked out and left. This shits getting so fucking out of hand and it’s clearly not working.
I also voted for Gary and was still on the fence voting Lib up until this year. As much as I hate the vicious cycle of voting between this two party system I finally have confidence voting republican again With everything that has transpired in 2020. Plus now I live in a blue county In Texas, so my vote can really matter.
I thought It would be tough for me too. I really enjoyed my Bonnaroo sub. Sometimes when I’m bored I’ll just directly go to it just to catch up once a week to avoid the toxic popular tab, but lately it’s been a drag even there too because everyone is full of the bullshit on there.
