Very sad thing. I manage a restaurant, most of my employees make double Florida minimum wage and they have worked for years to get the experience to make that. With the minimum wage increase to $15 just like the picture states it'll be back to the bottom for them, because as a small business that barely survived the 08' recession and has struggled to survive through covid shut downs(fortunately not too bad in Florida) we can't afford to increase those non minimum wage skilled workers too. We're going to struggle through this too even though we're making record sales right now we don't expect that to last long and we may not survive the wage hike. With the restaurant industry begin an incredibly high stress atmosphere, and at times very hard work. I have trouble finding good employees already, with this hike I'll probably lose what good employees I have, why after all would an employee stay in a high stress hard work environment if they could be say a cashier and sit on their lazy ass all day and get paid the same as working for me? Big corporate will adapt and survive, the little guy like us will fall leaving corporate all the business. Best of luck to all the small business owners out there, we're going to need it!

The last time I had a regular bank account I opened a personal and a business account within a year of each other at 2 different banks, personal and business had different phone numbers and email tied to each. Immediately after opening each account I started getting telemarketing and email spam. Literally the day after opening personal account, calls and email started. I thought to myself maybe coincidence, after opening the business account and the exact same thing happened to the business phone/email I realized this wasn't coincidence
