Kinda surprised at the pedes' reaction to this video. Then again, I'm also not. The officer could have accomplished all of this without sounding like an absolute jackass. He clearly lost his temper and saw himself as the one who was going to punish this kid. The kid is a God damn idiot but you can't have officers running around literally talking shit and threatening people. Just tell him you need him to step out of the car, tell him what will happen if he doesn't, and give him a final warning before doing it. Be professional, though. The way this video plays makes the cop look like an asshole who can't wait to beat this kid down rather than a guy just doing his job. It's stupid because he literally could have had the exact same outcome where he gets to head and arm toss the kid and put his knee into his back, only he wouldn't have sounded like a jackass.
