Exactly. 230 doesn’t need to be repealed, or even adjusted, per se. It simply needs to be enforced. 230 spells out what constitutes a platform and a publisher. Social media giants have clearly moved from platform to publisher and should no longer receive the protections of 230.

It’s the same with any bureaucracy. Good people go to work there with good intentions. They move up in the “ranks” and get put in positions with more and more responsibilities.
